Q: Can the card be reloaded with additional funds. A: No
Q: Can anyone use this card? A: Yes. The card has no name on it, so its like cash. If you drop it or lose it anyone can use your funds on the card.
Q: The card was denied at the point of purchase? Why? A: If your card has $10 loaded and you try to put through $25, the transaction will be cancelled. You must tell the cashier the balance available on the card so that he/she puts through the correct amount.
Q: Do the cards expire? A: Yes, approximately two years after you receive them. The date is imprinted on the front of the card. We encourage you to go out and use the card right away. Don't store them away and accidentally forget about it.
Q: Is there a monthly card service fee? A: A servicing fee of $2.50per month will be applied after 12 consecutive months of non-use, unless otherwise required by law.
Q: Can I get my Balance online? A: Using the website printed on the back of the card, enter the necessary information and your available balance will be displayed online.
Q: Can I get my balance on the phone? A: Yes, Dial the toll free number imprinted on the back of the card and follow instructions on the voice prompt.
